Teplice spa statutory city in the. It is situated 15 km west of Ústí nad Labem in a wide valley between the mountains and the Czech Ore Mountains. Dominating the town is visible from Doubravská mountain. Teplice have over 50,000 inhabitants, and are known as a spa town and its football club FK Teplice. 
Ústí Region lies in the north-west Bohemia, in the eastern part of North County. On the east it borders with the Liberec Region, in the south-east of the Central Bohemian Region, the South has a very short stretch of common border with the Pilsen Region, in the south bordering the Karlovy Vary Region. The longest stretch of common border with the German federal state of Saxony in the northwest.
